‘Peak Saison #7’ Experimental saison series
Black Pepper and Coriander pummel your tastebuds while pear and grape flavors soothe them back to a false sense of security until your next sip. ‘AP Terpography’ terpene infused pale ale
Our local friends over at Rocky Mountain Cannabis helped us design this pale ale with a focus on the terpenes from a couple marijuana strains! We infused terpene isolates from Purple Haze and Sugar Punch, and combined them with the dank notes from Galaxy and Talus hops used in the brewing process. The result is a delightfully fruity bouquet of floral aromatics that play nicely with the light dankness from both isolates and hops alike. Surely an exBEERience you’ve never tasted before, unless it’s your second or third one.

‘BackCountry Honey Nut’ Brown ale made with tabernash honey
Sweet, Nutty, Malty. A Beer full of unexpected flavors due to the fact that it is made by local Tabernash Honey bees. As some may know, bees are tremendous creatures and their honey adopts the flavor profiles of the plants and surrounding area characteristics, which can change year to year. This year’s batch has a ton of wildflower aromas as the wildflower count last year was well above the average due to the East Troublesome Fire overgrowth. We highly recommend at least trying it every year to see the nuanced flavors the bees provide. This. Beer. Is. Awesome. And unlike anything we’ll likely be able to replicate due to the ‘nature’ of how bees work. — Green Circle - 5% ABV
