Membership FAQ
All membership benefit changes and billing processing will take effect on 11/12/26 if renewed before then.
Any 2025/26 membership purchased before 11/13/25 will have any time between now and 11/12/26 added with current benefits at no additional cost.
Any incomplete annual membership will be prorated and refunded to your payment method used for your most recent Cup Club or Locals Lounge payment automatically by 11/12/26. Your membership will not auto-renew and will end 11/12/26 unless a new plan is selected and paid for. The $50 custom-cup fee is nonrefundable; your cup remains available to take home or use in the taproom if you renew Cup Club Gold.
If you had a monthly subscription, your auto-renew every month will be cancelled as of 11/12/26. Monthly options have been removed going forward. We realized subscription culture is the downfall of America. Please let me know if you disagree, and we will figure it out together.
Unused $1 Pints remain in your account until redeemed, or until they are 6 months old. We have ended this perk because it caused confusion and removing it lets us offer simpler, lower-priced memberships more in line with prior years.
Only Cup Club Gold includes guest discounts, whether for a spouse, friend, or new acquaintance. Please keep this in mind in the taproom. Pint discounts were not previously intended for friends or family, even though they have been . If your guests are members, we will honor their own discounts on your tab.
Buy 11 Get One Free virtual punch card is still in effect and your current Style Points will remain unaffected by the changes.
Please bring in any prior year ceramic Cup Club cups starting on 11/12/26 if you want to use them in the taproom as a part of the Gold membership. The older, the cooler you’ll be – at least in our eyes.
Purchasing a new cup for Cup Club Gold will be handled in the taproom as an add-on item. Please allow 5-6 weeks for your new cup, possibly a bit more if over the holidays. Email Nick @ info@camberbrewing.com if you aren't able to stop by the taproom for said cup purchase.
If you choose to cancel or not renew your membership going forward; yes we still love you.
Please pick up your personalized cup from the taproom if you do not intend to renew with Gold by 11/12/26. We will hold them in the taproom until MLK day 2027 - if you are unable to pick up in that timeframe, please let Nick know and we'll figure it out.
New members and Camber Casual members can sign up for or upgrade to Cup Club starting on 11/12/26. Please allow a day or two for upgrades to process in the system - we will, of course, honor discounts immediately.
QR Codes are optional for “clocking in” at the taproom, but they’re still super cool. Your enrollment email will have Apple/Google Wallet download instructions! Otherwise, we got you.
