‘KaPOW’ PALE ALE
One of the more robust Pale Ales you’ll likely drink in regards to flavor profile, our Pale is a beautiful combination of Hallertau Blanc, Citra, and Mosaic hops, which brings out tons of citrus aromas and flavors while giving you the classic pine and resinous backbone without being too bitter. A perfectly balanced people pleaser.

‘Jib’n juice’ Hazy Rocky Mtn iIPA
Hoppy yet not bitter, this beer is jam packed with Melon and tropical fruits on the forefront with a mild, pleasing bitterness and silky smooth finish. El Dorado, Centennial, Cashmere and Cascade hops make up this juice bomb’s hop profile

‘TBAR: The Barrel aged russian’
Russian imperial stout blended with belgian ale
We look forward to this beer every year. An annual batch, this is our third iteration and oh my is it tasty. Chocolate, toffee, and caramel flavors saturate the palate, giving way to oak and bourbon, before the smooth roasty bitterness sets in to finish off the adventure. Maybe our favorite beer to make, and easily one of our favorites to drink. Aged in a Fraser Valley Distilling Wheat Bourbon Barrel for 2024/5. Then we blended it with some Stan Darsh Belgian Dark Strong Ale to create a delicious blended belgian-style stout. If you haven’t had the pleasure, you need to go to their tasting room across the street from us, or grab a bottle at your favorite CO-based liquor store and fix that immediately

‘stan darsh’ belgian dark strong ale
Possibly our brewer’s favorite beer on our annual tap list, our Belgian winter seasonal is between a Dubbel and a Quad (yet not a Trippel) with some serious dark fruit and caramel notes that accentuate the Belgian spiciness and funk

’funk up the jam’ black currant sour
A true black currant bouquet, our first sour in years boasts plum, raspberry, blackberry, raisin, and cherry notes with just the right amount of tartness to keep you wanting more. Fun fact: there is no puree in this beer. The fruit flavors in this beer were made exclusively from the yeast blend, bacteria culture, malts and adjuncts used in the brewing process.

‘Doc Susie’s Elixir’ Hard Seltzer
